In October 2008 I was honored by some of my peers in the Country Music Industry for a half century of contribution to BC Country Music.

I was doing something I truly love.

Yes it's true, I have devoted a lifetime to writing and performing music all in the hope that I would touch a few lives somewhere along the way. I am a fortunate man.
It is a fortunate man who can reflect on his life's work with pride knowing that no real sacrifice or compromise was made. I wrote and sang as I wanted.
It is a fortunate man who is given the opportunity to share his thoughts and beliefs with people through his word and song.
It is a fortunate man who enjoys all these blessings while knowing God's love, has the companionship of a loving wife, wonderful family, and great friends.

2010 was a turning point in my career

In 2010 I received the Canadian Country Gospel Music Silver Heart Award for Male Entertainmener of the Year.
